When we’re stressed, underlying conditions and symptoms can really flare up. Given everything going on in the world, it’s not surprising that many people are experiencing increased migraines, fatigue, depression, insomnia and anxiety.

But other deeper, chronic conditions may be flaring up for you too. Stress takes a toll on your gut which creates a ripple effect making you more susceptable to allergies, skin conditions, autoimmune flares, adrenal and thyroid conditions.

If you’re looking for ways to calm symptoms and support your body, I highly recommend diffusing or using them in body oils, air sprays, and epsom salt baths.

Over the years, I’ve written in detail about on the positive effects that essential oils, saunas and epsom salt baths can have on your nervous system. Those articles are available on the internet if you’d like more detail.

For all of these natural remedies, it’s important to use high-quality essential oils. Why? Because these oils will enter your body through your skin and the air and you only want to put the least toxic substances in your body whenever you can.

Recently, I tried a new brand of essential oil () that are properly extracted, wild-crafted and therapeutic grade. They also come from organic plants grown in their indigenous locations.

These oils powerfully target certain symptoms like blood sugar imbalance, digestive distress, low energy, sleep, depression, PMS, migraines, hormone imbalances, thyroid issues, prostate conditions, histamine reactions, lymph congestion, lack of focus, adrenal fatigue and so much more!

As of late, I’ve been diffusing a blend of to stay peaceful and calm while supporting my body’s immune system against germs and viruses. It smells great and helps me breathe more deeply. Slow, calm breaths are so needed these days. Diffusing these essential oils refreshes the spirit quite honestly.

Anyway, I hope you are taking care of yourself during these unprecedented times. Diffusing or putting a few drops in an epsom salt bath can go a long way for managing your systems, boosting your energy and feeling better overall.

Be good to you.

Warmly,

Jen
